If Blood Pressure Is Low...
In medicine, abnormally low blood pressure is known as arterial hypotension. In this condition, blood pressure falls below 90/60 mmHg.
If hypotension develops as a result of another illness, it is necessary to treat the underlying condition first.
Primary hypotension is treated in two ways: medicinal (with drugs) and non-medicinal (without drugs).
Non-medicinal treatment:
• Strict adherence to a daily routine
• Getting at least 8 hours of quality sleep per night
• Daily walks in fresh air for at least 2 hours
• Balanced and healthy nutrition
• Quitting harmful habits (such as smoking, alcohol, etc.)
• Physical activity (exercise, light sports)
• Herbal therapy (phytotherapy) can also be beneficial
Recommendations:
Drinking one glass of pomegranate juice or half a glass of grape juice daily may help regulate blood pressure.
Additionally, strong tea and coffee help increase vascular tone, which contributes to raising blood pressure.
Medicinal treatment:
• Medications containing caffeine
• Vitamin complexes
• Nootropic agents (improve brain function and blood circulation)
⚠️ Important: Medications should only be taken under a doctor’s supervision. Self-medication can be dangerous.
